Celebrate the renovation and restoration of the historic Paramount Theatre as the City of Cedar Rapids hosts a ribbon cutting ceremory to commemorate the re-opening of the venue. Public tours will be available immediately following the ribbon cutting ceremony until 4:30 p.m.
